Terms of Service
Last updated — July 2026
The service
Aiva provides a cloud control plane that connects to an agent runtime you operate on your own infrastructure. You are responsible for the machines you connect, the credentials you configure, and the work you direct agents to perform.
Pre-alpha status
Aiva is provided as a pre-alpha service. Features may change without notice, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on Aiva as the only copy of any data you cannot afford to lose.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only with repositories and systems you are authorized to modify.
- Do not use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Keep your bridge API keys and account credentials confidential.
Your content
You retain all rights to your code and your session content. You grant Aiva the limited rights needed to store orchestration state and operate the control plane on your behalf.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damages arising from actions taken by coding agents under your direction.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product matures. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
